Cancellations:

Reservations are advised. Payment by credit card or check is required and will hold your reservation. This is refundable if you provide a written or faxed cancellation notice at least 7 days before your date of arrival for your Room, RV space or Tour. For fishing trips, group tours and private charters; the same policy applies. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to fishing or private charter trip dates we will refund your payment. No refunds after the 7 day or 30 day cancellation period. The balance is due prior to departure and may be paid the morning of the trip at our office facilities. No shows pay full price. If a trip is cancelled due to weather or water conditions beyond our control, you will receive a full refund, or a rain check to reschedule the trip.
