Cancellation Policies

Jet Boat Tours & Charter Fishing:

Reservations are required. Payment by credit card or check is required and will hold your reservation. This is refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before your date of arrival for your Tour. For fishing trips, group tours, jetback/jetups, and private charters; the same policy applies, if you cancel at least 30 days prior to fishing or private charter/group trip dates we will refund your payment. No refunds after the 7 day or 30 day cancellation period. No shows pay full price. Within the season, if you rebook once within the 7 or 30 days and don’t make the rebooked date you will be charged rebooking fees to rebook another date within the season. If you need to cancel/rebook your trip to the following season, there will be rebooking fees and will be responsible to pay the difference in any pricing for the next season. Any special promotional pricing or discounted trip sales are final, and no refunds will be given. If a trip is cancelled due to weather or water conditions beyond our control, you will receive a full refund, or a rain check to reschedule the trip. *We retain the right to shorten any tour if necessary due to unsafe water or weather conditions.*

Kirby Creek Lodge:

Because of the extensive amount of scheduling involved with planning a remote wilderness stay, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Please understand that once you book a stay with us, we lose the opportunity to book your reserved space to another individual.

A 50% Deposit will be required at the time of booking your stay at Kirby Creek Lodge. This security deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Payment in full will be required within 60 days of your arrival date. All cancellations must be requested *prior* to 30 days of arrival to receive a refund of your final payment amount.

If you have to cancel, deposits are nonrefundable (they are also not transferable to another date). If you find another individual to take your spot, we can apply your non-refundable deposit (and final amount due payment – if already paid) toward that guest but a 7% rebooking fee will apply.

– Cancellations at any time: Forfeiture of deposit
– Cancellations 59-29 Days: Second final payment will be refunded
– Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: Forfeiture of full payment

Kirby Creek Lodge has the right to cancel your trip, at our discretion due to adverse river or road conditions. If this happens, your deposit and all payments applied will be refunded 100%.

“A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation and will be kept on file. By making a reservation, you agree that your card may be charged for any incidental damages or excessive cleaning required, including but not limited to issues such as vomiting in rooms. This would result in an automatic $500 charge”
