Reservations, Cancellations, Refunds, Deposits

Reservations are advised.

A 50% deposit with payment by Visa or MasterCard, or check is required and will hold your reservation.  

This is refundable if you provide a written or faxed cancellation notice at least 7 days before your date of arrival for your room or RV space, and at least 7 days before your jet boat tour date.

Fishing trips and private charters – 50% deposit when booked.

If you cancel at least 30 days prior to fishing date or private charter trip date we will refund the deposit.  No refunds after the 7 day or 30 day period. The balance is due prior to departure and may be paid the morning of the trip at our office facilities.

If a trip is cancelled due to weather or water conditions beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or a rain check to reschedule the trip. We retain the right to shorten any tour if necessary due to unsafe water or weather conditions.
